At Wood & Barrel Co. we take great pride in our handcrafted, reclaimed and repurposed items. We stand behind each and every product and are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, email us at woodandbarrelinfo@gmail.com with CC to info@offcyclers.com to arrange an exchange or repair. Shipping/Handling charges cannot be refunded unless the item is damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders. All products include a guarantee for damage caused by a defect in material or workmanship of the product. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Each warranty is subject to inspection by our staff

Our warranty does not cover, under any circumstances, damages caused due to the misuse or poor maintenance of the product, or damage resulting from an accident.

The payment of the product involves the acceptance of our return policy.For your security, please return merchandise by trackable means with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS).

Once your package is received, we will issue a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price, including the tax on the product. If the item is damaged or defective we will also refund the original shipping cost.
